We are a family oriented company with a dedicated office staff and crew whose purpose is to serve our clients. Our home offices are located in Marin County.

Bill Lehrke, co-owner and Director of Sales and Estimating works with our clients to ensure that they get the best value for their construction dollar. Bill brings a wealth of practical experience to decisions about costs and time to each client. He translates the needs of our clients into realistic proposals and solutions. He listens to what his clients want and is proactive in achieving their goals. Paul Basker, co-owner and Director of Operations is in charge of all site management activities to ensure that projects are on schedule and within budget. Their combined experience and expertise move all Rose Construction projects forward toward successful completion.
