Marin Suites Hotel —Corte Madera
Rose Construction completed a renovation of the landmark Marin Suites Hotel in Corte Madera. The hotel went through nine months of renewal and repair.
Work included:
- Integral color stucco
- Roofline alterations
- New energy efficient and sound reduction Simonton LoE-240 windows
- A new entry canopy
- New awnings
- Structural repair throughout
- New designer lights and backlit signs showcasing the hotel at night
- Upgraded electrical services for optimal safety
