- 711 Grand Avenue, San Rafael, CA. This is a Tenant Improvement project to existing office buildings.
- Coronet Motel at 2455 El Camino Real, Palo Alto. This is a comprehensive upgrade to the interior and exterior of the existing facility. The Coronet Motel will remain open during construction.
