Design Build
In a Design-Build process our clients benefit from the professional partnership of Rose Construction and a design professional from our pool of architects. We work with our client and the architect as a TEAM to ensure the most efficient and cost effective project for our clients. The Design-Build contract is a practical and growing alternative to the bid process, especially with regard to private sector projects such as office buildings, hotels/motels, restaurants, and light commercial projects. As a construction “best practice” it offers a practical and efficient method of development and implementation of an enterprise.
Construction Management
A well planned project increases the likelihood of everyone’s success. A detailed Project Schedule is the primary tool used to manage and control our projects. Our project managers are dedicated to providing the best service possible to our clients.
Value engineering
Value Engineering is the process of getting “the best bang for the buck”. The Rose Construction Team evaluates construction materials and techniques and suggests ways to cut construction costs without lowering project quality or standards. Co-owners, Bill and Paul bring a combined 60 years of construction experience and expertise with which they value engineer projects.
Structural/Foundation/Seismic Upgrades
Since the beginning of Rose Construction we have provided seismic retrofitting to many projects in the Bay Area. Our team has the requisite knowledge and expertise in all the areas of seismic requirements and upgrades in commercial, light industrial, and residential construction, as well as the wide variety of soil conditions that exist in the San Francisco Bay Area. Our many projects have included underpinning of existing structures or under-existing structures, retainment systems on hillsides, foundation upgrades and replacements, and foundations at difficult locations and site conditions.
